Zhangjiang (Jasmine) Li

I am a research assistant at Dr. Kubow’s Lab. I hold B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Human Nutrition. My primary role involves supporting ongoing research initiatives within the lab, including experimental design, data collection, analysis, and interpretation. My research interests lie in bioactive compounds possessing anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative effects.
