Our lab routinely performs sample analyses using HPLC (ECD, DAD, UV-Vis, refractive index), GC-FID, nanoparticle tracking analysis, and evaluation of the digestion of foods, food components, pre- and probiotics, and xenobiotics, using our state-of-the-art, custom-made in vitro dynamic gastrointestinal digestion model.
