I am coordinating a clinical trial involving phytochemicals, gut microbiota, and skin health for my Ph.D. in nutrition at McGill University, where I also coordinate a soccer league, work as a teaching assistant, and sometimes DJ. I also completed my BSc (concentration in sports; minor in neuroscience) and my MSc (human trial for a proof-of-concept for digital imaging assessment for skin carotenoid status) in nutrition at McGill. I also write for Examine.com and volunteer as an editor for student journals (CSFJ , HSI). I believe that education and behavioral change benefit both the self (by improving mindfulness, exercise, nutrition, and sleep) and other people (by promoting responsible social and environmental behaviors). If I’m not discussing a new study or playing sports, I’m probably outdoors with my pup, woodworking, or yelling at children for littering.
